EXECUTIVE
MATCHING, HOW IT WORKS
As an active Director you
qualify for Executive Matching or overrides. A Director must
have 4 Active Distributors personally enrolled and 2 Active Managers.
As a Director you would earn 30% on level 1. Level 1
representing those that you have personally enrolled.
Level 2 would represent those that were enrolled by your personally
enrolled and pays a 10% match. For every title above Director
an additional level of matching is added.
In the example below Dan is an active Gold and will earn $12.00 from
Tim's $40.00 commission. Tim, of course, is still paid
$40.00. Dan would simply earn an additional $12.00 to his
personal earnings. An additional $5.00 would be added to
Dan's commission check from Sue as she is on his second level being
personally enrolled by Tim. In the example below Dan will
have $63.00 ($12 x 4 + $5 x 3) added to his commission check.

are all personally enrolled by Dan and thus pay out 30% of their Team
Commission as an Executive Match (1st level).
- Sue
was personally enrolled by Tim who was enrolled by Dan.
10% is paid out to Dan (2nd level).
- Ken
was personally enrolled by Sue. 10% is paid out to Dan (3rd level).
- Lori
was personally enrolled by Ken. 10% is paid out to Dan (4th level)
- Chris
was personally enrolled by Lori. 0% is paid out to Dan (5th level)
Note: Dan would have to be one title higher (Diamond) to be paid out on
5 levels of Executive Matching and earn 10% from Chris.
