PROFIT SHARING, HOW IT WORKS

Titles of Gold and above earn 3% of the company's overall BV each month. You must stay an active Gold or above for the entire month.  Diamonds earn two shares in the pool instead of 1.

In the example below William and Sandra are active Diamond associates.  Tim, Jane, Susan, and Randy are active Gold associates.  William and Sandra as Diamonds earn a 2 to 1 ratio over Tim, Jane, Susan, and Randy.  Therefore if company's profit share pool came out to $1,600 William and Sandra would each earn $400 and Tim, Jane, Susan, and Randy would each earn $200.
